MOORE, Okla. (KFOR) – On Thursday, Moore police arrested 56-year-old William Zachary on felony charges of sexual abuse against a child.
Zachary is charged with two counts of first-degree rape of a child under 14, and six counts of child sexual abuse.
Police say a woman originally came to them with concerns about his relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
“Very quickly, I think within the next day, we were able to obtain a search warrant for the home,” Sgt. Jeremy Lewis with the Moore Police Department told News 4.

A Louisiana man was arrested this week after police say he posed as a “mentally and physically handicapped” 18-year-old to trick a health care worker into changing his adult diaper while he became sexually aroused.

Rutledge “Rory” Deas, 29, was booked into the New Orleans Parish Jail Wednesday on 10 counts each of sexual battery and human trafficking after authorities say he posted fake ads online to lure in unsuspecting health care workers, Louisiana State Police said in a news release.

A two-day human trafficking and prostitution sting operation in the Kansas City, Mo., area last week led to 21 arrests — including a suspect police say held a woman and her child hostage in their home for months, according to federal immigration authorities and a local report.

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — The Salt Lake City Police Department recently arrested 21 sex offenders who were out of compliance with court orders and registry requirements. Many hadn’t updated their address.

Roy R. Pounds, 41, has been charged with felony first-degree child molestation, felony incest, felony statutory sodomy/attempt deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14-years-old, and felony statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy-deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 12-years-old. SHELBY — A 2018 Ohio statehouse candidate has been charged with three felony sex crimes involving a juvenile, according to Shelby Municipal Court records.
Those state charges will likely become federal allegations next week, according to a spokesperson for the FBI’s Cleveland office. FBI agents executed a Shelby search warrant Wednesday at the suspect’s home, results of which are still sealed.
