CLERK’S BUSTED IN NET ‘TEEN’ TRYST

Alex Diaz, a 21 year old shoe store clerk and a Queens cop buff, was busted after setting up an Internet three-some with his girlfriend and what he thought was a 14 year old girl.  Diaz also sent a naked picture of himself to the girl, who turned out to be a cop.  He was nabbed Thursday in Flushing Meadow-Corona Park when he met a female undercover officer posing as a 14 year old girl.  He was carrying fake NYPD detective's identification card with a photo of himself when he was arrested.  When his home was searched detectives found false NYPD identification cards, an officer's badge, a pair of Smith and Wesson handcuffs and a silver semiautomatic pistol.  He is charged with attempted rape, attempted sodomy, criminal possession of a forged instrument and other charges.  He faces 15 years in prison if convicted and is being held on $25,000 bail.
