COP IN KID-PERV ARREST
Officer Victor Ortega, a 41 year old Staten Island cop, was charged yesterday with sexually abusing a 12 year old girl who lived on his block. He allegedly took advantage of his neighbors' quarrel to abuse their daughter. After the girl's parents separated last week, Ortega allowed the mother and girl to stay with him. he then allegedly offered to drive the girl to her father's home. On the drive back he allegedly fondled her.
