JUDGE PAL’S SICK PAST (Held in try to grab Bronx kid and guilty in 2000 sex rap)

The Rev. Lawrence Craig, the boyfriend of Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Donna Mills, will be arraigned today on charges he tried to yank a 4 year old boy from his mother's Bronx apartment and then fled in Mills' luxury car.  The mother of the 4 year old boy fought off Craig after allegedly accosted her son Saturday.  It was just the latest brush with the law for Craig, a professional opera singer and preacher, who was convicted of fondling a Wisconsin girl when he directed a high school play there in 2000.  He allegedly kissed, licked, tickled and fondled some of the female students, one as young as 15.  A 16 year old girl told cops he also made her sit on his lap.  He held her tightly so she couldn't get away and rubbed her legs and bumped the bottom of her breasts.  He pleaded guilty to sexual assault and paid a $1,582 fine, but never went to jail.
