KENTUCKY SEX ABUSE SETTLEMENT

PFMLIT CLERGY, General, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington, Kentucky, has agreed to pay nearly $5.2 million to 27 people who said priests sexually abused them in their youth.  The men and women had accused at least six priests of abuse in the 1960s and 1970s at parishes in Lexington and northern Kentucky.
