MAN ACCUSED OF STALKING CHILDREN IN BALDWIN

Philip Malfettone, a 71 year old man, was observed by witnesses on Tuesday watching childrenon St. Luke’s Place in Baldwin and touching himself.  He is accused of stalkingchildren.  Malfettone will be arraigned on child endangerment and stalking charges. Detectives ask anyone who may have been a victim to call the First Squad at 516-573-6155.
