JoAndrea Peeler, a 37 year old woman in Phoenix who prostituted her 13 year old daughter inexchange for crack, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison and ordered to spend the rest of herlife on probation. The plea agreement forbids her to have any contact with her daughter, unless thegirl initiates the contact and her therapist approves. Peeler avoided a potential 200 year sentencewhen she pleaded guilty in February to one count of child prostitution and two counts of attemptedchild prostitution.
