PEDOPHILE APOLOGIZES

Joseph Toscanni was on probation for videotaping young girls last year at a gymnastics center with zoomed in angles of their buttocks and groin area when he was arrested for first degree sex abuse.  He apologized to the mother of the 10 year old girl who asked if she'd ever seen a man's genitalia after unzipping his pants.  Then he clamped his hand over her mouth and tried to pull her into a bathroom stall with him as she screamed, she managed to get away.  He has been sentenced to 11/3 to 4 years in prison and was ordered to stay away from the girl and to undergo a review by a psychiatrist or prison officials prior to his release.
