Matthew Matagrano, a Queens man who used an illegally obtained Department of Education ID to sneak into two Jackson Heights schools and sift through confidential records, has a lengthy criminal history that includes the sexual abuse of a disabled teenage boy.  Matagrano, who was awaiting arraignment last night on burglary charges for Tuesday's foray into the Renaissance Charter School, has three prior convictions in Manhattan and Queens, including a guilty plea to sexually abusing and sodomizing a 15 year old boy.  Matagrano served 16 months in prison for the sex crime.  He was expected to plead guilty yesterday for an unrelated 2003 charge of using a fake ID, but the case was adjourned because of the school scandal.
