TEACHER CHARGED (West Babylon woman accused of having sex seven times over month with student, 14, in Queens classroom)

Melissa Weber, a 27 year old West Babylon woman, had sex with a 14 year oldstudent in the Queens classroom where she is a middle school teacher and was caught when the boy'smother heard rumors and found hundreds of text messages and calls between the two.  Weberpleaded not guilty to seven counts of second degree rape, 14 counts of third degree sexual abuseand one count of endangering the welfare of a child.  If convicted, she faces up to 7 years inprison.
