Jose Hernandez, 19 has been arrested at a public swimming pool in Hicksville Tuesday after heallegedly fondled several young girls in the pool. Hernandez from East Hills, was charged with fourcounts of first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, for allegedly fondling five girls while

swimming in the Catiague Park pool. The girls are between the ages of 6 and 15. Hernandezpleaded not guilty at his arraignment yesterday and was ordered held on $60,000 bail. According toNewsday, Deputy Inspector Raymond Epp, commanding officer of Nassau's southern precincts said,Lifeguards had seen one of the youths being fondled while swimming in the pool. The same thing hadbeen reported by other youths to employees at the pool..he was grabbing at their buttocks in mostcases.
