‘WEB PERV’ HIT WITH GIRL-RAPE RAP

Ricardo Brice, a 20 year old Web surfer from Central Islip, used the cyberhandle PimpSlo to seduce a 13 year old girl over the Internet.  He was charged yesterday with raping and sodomizing the teen in her own home.  He is accused of using the Internet to chat up the Ossining teenager over a four-month period.  Brice drove to Ossining at the end of July and had consensual sex with the girl, then returned on August 18 and broke in after discovering no one was home.  The girl's mother called police to report the break in and investigators determined the intruder had gone through the girl's bedroom.  After interrogating the child and her mother, police went online pretending to be the girl.  Brice was charged with second degree rape, second degree sodomy and third degree burglary, and was being held without bail until his next court appearance.  If convicted, he faces seven years in state prison.
