There are crimes known as nuisance offenses such as, a peeping Tom, a guy who goes around exposing himself, a burglar with a fetish or shoes or women’s underwear. These are considered harmless criminals. But keep in mind that in a sizable percentage of cases, there is a likelihood that the crimes will escalate to something more serious. This isn’t just a phase he’s going through, you’ve got to apprehend the offender early on. He maybe working himself up to something much worse.
Today 30 criminal aliens (20 illegal; 10 with green cards) were arrested of sex crimes ranging from sexual misconduct to rape. Eighteen arrests were in Suffolk County, one in Nassau County and one in New York City. The other ten were arrested also in Suffolk between August and October of this year. Sadly, 22 out of 30 of these sex offenders were registered with the Suffolk County Police Department Sex Offender Registry.

Parents have begun driving their children to school or schooling them at home after the rapes of eight schoolgirls in just two months. The first taking place on the first day of school. A 15 year old high school student in Brooklyn today reported to her guidance counselor that she had been sexually abused by her social studies teacher two years ago when she was an eighth grader at JHS 117 in Bedford Stuyvesant. The teacher, Nathaniel Harvey, was arrested and charged with rape and sodomy, both in the second degree. The teacher had confessed to an investigator who was posing as the girl’s uncle.
