OCONEE COUNTY, SC (FOX Carolina) A 44-year-old man was arrested on February 14, charged with several counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, deputies announced.
The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office says they began investigating Danny Ray Burdette after a sexual assault was reported on June 30, 2019. Through evidence collected, deputies say they determined Burdette had sexually assaulted two victims from 2013 to the summer of 2019.
Deputies say the assaults occurred at various locations: Walhalla, Seneca, Moutain Rest and Westminster.
Based on those instances, deputies have charged

MESA, Ariz. (AP) — Authorities say a caregiver at Mesa assisted living facility is accused of sexually assaulting an 85-year-old dementia patient.

Mesa police arrested 58-year-old Manuel Corral on Sunday after the woman told the Heritage Village staff that he had assaulted her.

Court documents show a medical exam of the woman revealed injuries consistent with what she told investigators.

Police say Corral is the only man assigned to the woman’s unit and he reportedly was the overnight caregiver.

The weekend arrest of 50-year-old Rodney Lee Harrison was the result of a joint investigation by Sulphur Springs Police Department and Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office investigators into allegations of sex crimes involving two children. Child Protective Services and McKinney Police Department also aided in the case.

“He was on the run for seven days before McKinney Police Department took him into custody Friday at an apartment in McKinney,” Sulphur Springs Police Detective Sgt. David Gilmore said Tuesday.

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. (WBTV) – A man who was shown on a televised sex sting operation in Oregon several years ago, has now been sentenced to at least 38 months in prison after pleading guilty to sex crimes in Rowan County.

This week, Kevin Lee Miller, 48, entered a plea to two counts of felony indecent liberties with a child and received two consecutive active prison sentences of a minimum of 19 months to a maximum of 32 months (essentially, 38 months to 64 months).

A Sonora man identified as a firefighter was arrested on Tuesday at the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office investigations office on Cedar Road in Sonora on suspicion of underage sex crimes.
