PERV EX-PRIEST GETS 12 YEARS
James Beine, a 61 year old defrocked Catholic priest was sentenced to 12 years in prison yesterday for exposing himself to three boys while serving as an elementary school counselor. In June, he was sentenced to four years and nine months in federal prison for possession of child pornography. He was dismissed from the priesthood in 1977.
