Rossmoor schools went into high alert Wednesday after a man tried to kidnap two childrenduring recess.  Officials believe the man is the same person wanted for questioning in asimilar incident in March.  A man offered candy to a 7 year old girl and threatened to abductan 8 year old boy at Lee Elementary.  The suspect was described as a 50 year old man withshort hair.
