Suffolk County PD 4/10/15 Arshad Syed Humzah was arrested today after he exposed himself to a teenager while she waswalking in Selden at Boyle Road and Strauss Avenue.  He was operating a 2010 Nissan northboundon Boyle Road when he approached a 15 year old female who was walking along the roadway atapproximately 5 p.m.  He asked the girl if she needed a ride, the girl said no and hecontinued to follow her in his car and then stopped again and asked her for directions.  Whenthe girl approached him, he exposed

Luis Flores Junior, a 28 year old Dix Hills man, was arrested for photographing an 8 yearold boy who was in a bathroom at Hibachi Grill, located at 1114 Deer Park Avenue, NorthBabylon, on May 17 at approximately 3:45 pm.
Flores was charged with Unlawful Surveillance 2nd Degree, a Class E Felony.

Latasha Mitchell, a 34 year old Binghamton woman, was indicted by a federal grand juryon charges related to the sexual exploitation of an infant that was recorded on her cellphone.  She was arrested in February and charged with a felony count of criminal sexual act inconnection with child abuse that involved a male infant.  She is facing two felonycounts.

Arturo Fuentes-Chang, a 61 year old Greenport man, was arraigned today on charges hesexually abused a 3 year old girl.  Guentes-Chang was living under the same roof as the girlbut the relation between them is currently not clear.
