MADISON (WKOW) — A UW-Madison graduate student arrested for three, alleged sex crimes and cited for a disturbing campus incident tells 27 News the accusations are flawed.
“I never touched anyone,” Mehrdad Zareh Bannad Kouki tells 27 News.

PALATKA, Fla. – A 48-year-old Palatka man is accused of sex crimes involving a 9-year-old girl, who told investigators the man watched porn and sexually abused her while doing so.
Troy William Armstrong is charged with four counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and four counts of sexual assault on a child younger than 12.

ALBANY, NEW YORK – Brian Pickett, age 40, of Troy, New York, was arrested last week on a child pornography charge. The announcement was made by Acting United States Attorney Antoinette T. Bacon and Thomas Relford, Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
The criminal complaint against Pickett, who is a registered sex offender, alleges that Pickett possessed multiple videos of child pornography on his electronic devices. The charge in the criminal complaint is merely an accusation.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Greene County jury convicted a Springfield man Thursday for sex crimes involving a five-year-old girl.
Stephen Perry, 61, was found guilty of one count of first-degree. statutory sodomy. The charge dates back to March 29, 2018, alleging that he inappropriately touched a five-year old girl who lived nearby, according to a news release from the Greene County prosecuting attorney.
Perry has also been accused of similar conduct in 2008 for a different neighbor who was six years old at the time, per the prosecuting attorney.
