A Dunkirk man has pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual conduct against a child.

Aaron Gajewski, 39, will be sentenced by Judge David W. Foley at a later date to 10 years in state prison and 20 years of post-release supervision, according to a release from Chautauqua County District Attorney Jason Schmidt. The conviction is a result of a “lengthy law enforcement investigation” by the Dunkirk Police Department with Schmidt thanking the department for its assistance on the case.

A Middletown man already convicted in Warren County of having sexual contact with assisted living patients has pleaded guilty to more charges in Butler County.

Godbless Uwadiegwu, 59, of Bonita Drive, who was a nurse aide, was indicted in November by a Butler County grand jury for rape and sexual battery, for crimes allegedly committed between Sept. 1 and Sept. 5, 2018, and two counts of gross sexual imposition and unlawful restraint for crimes allegedly committed on Dec. 26, 2013, according to court records.

A 22-year-old man faces 40 separate counts of sex crimes in Yellowstone County District Court, including 14 counts of rape and 21 counts of sex abuse of a child, after he called to report himself to Phoenix police in November.

Adam Michael Seery allegedly called the Phoenix Police Department on Nov. 14, 2021 to confess to raping a girl in Colorado and Billings over the course of years.

Seery has not had an opportunity to answer the charges and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning in Yellowstone County district

Police are searching for a man suspected of sexually assaulting a woman in South San Jose earlier this month.

The man approached a woman in the area of Summerside Drive and started to talk to her, about 12:10 p.m. April 13. After the woman told him she wasn’t interested, the suspect sexually assaulted her, San Jose police said in a news release.

The woman fought him off, screaming for help, and he ran away headed east on Summerside toward McLaughlin Avenue.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic

A prison sentence was handed down this week to a former Oakland County Commission candidate for sex crimes against a child.

A woman forced out of a Queens subway station by a stranger was able to break free after he exposed himself in an attempt to sexually assault her in a nearby building, police said Tuesday.
