William Amidon, 18, of Syracuse, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a single count of felony sodomy.Amidon is one of two upstate men accused of carrying a 9 year old girl from her home and raping herin her backyard. He pleaded guilty to the sexual assault charge. The plea arrangement calls for himto be sentenced to the maximum penalty of 25 years in state prison for the sodomy conviction.Sentencing was scheduled for March 20.
