William Baker, 65, of Blasdell and Lackawanna, New York, who was convicted of Possession ofChild Pornography on October 3, 2008, was sentenced to 121 months in prison.  Baker waspreviously convicted of two counts of Sodomy in the Second Degree in 1988 in Erie County forconduct relating to sexual conduct with a minor.  He had been a boy scout leader forapproximately 30 years until his conviction in 1988.  Baker has admitted to molesting 8 to 48children.

Ronald H. Tills, a 73 year old State Supreme Court Judge from Hamburg, New York, is chargedwith knowingly transporting a female in interstate commerce with the intent that the female engagein prostitution (Mann Act).  The charge carries a maximum penalty of ten years in prison, afine of $250,000 or both.  He pleaded guilty.  Tills admitted that in late October 2005,he, John Trowbridge, Michael Stebick, and others, transported a woman from the Western New Yorkarea to Kentucky and intended for the woman to engage in prostitution in Kentucky with members

Michael Rich, a 71 year old wealthy Queens real estate mogul, was arrested in2007 at his Hamptons estate for allegedly molesting and assaulting a 12 year old girl.  Richwas charged with several counts of sexual abuse and one of endangering the welfare of achild.  Court documents charge that he fondled the girl at his home on August 16.  Afelony sex abuse charge stems from allegations he used force on the girl.  He was released on$10,000 bail. Reham Ali, 65, of 752 60th Street, was charged with first degree criminal sexual act,unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child after New York officers watching asurveillance camera spotted a brazen sexual attack on a 16 year old boy by Ali.  Narcoticsofficers were monitoring an outdoor surveillance camera on 64th Street near Seventh Avenue inSunset Park just before 7 am when they found Ali restraining and sodomizing the boy between twoparked cars.  The boy was taken to a hospital for unspecified injuries.

Jack Himes, a 68 year old former Cicero police officer, admits to sexually abusing achild.  Himes pleaded guilty to charges of forcible sexual conduct against a child.  Hewas arrested in December and was accused of molesting two girls.  He will be sentenced July15th.
