SAN ANGELO, Texas — A San Angelo financial advisor was arrested after being indicted on four counts of child sex crimes.

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gregory F. Estes on warrants out of Taylor and Coleman counties.

Estes was indicted Thursday in Taylor County on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child sexual contact.

According to the indictment, Estes sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 14.

The indictment also states he inappropriately touched a girl under the

LONDON (Reuters) – Britain’s markets watchdog on Thursday banned three former financial advisers from the industry after their convictions for sex crimes, the first time the regulator has used its powers to crack down on such misconduct.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) said Russell Jameson, Frank Cochran and Mark Horsey had failed to meet “fit and proper” standards because they had committed serious offences while working in the financial services industry.
Jameson was convicted in 2018 of making and stockpiling thousands of violent and indecent images of children and

David M. Boutin, a 42 year old West Hempstead financial planner, is accused of having sexwith a 13 year old boy he met on Craigslist.  Boutin, of Roy Street, has admitted to theacts.  He was arrested Friday after a patrol officer discovered him with the boy in Boutin’s2010 Toyota Corolla.  He is charged with having sex with the boy in Wading River sometimebetween April 15 and May 31.  Boutin is being held in jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail. He faces up to 14 years
