Stephen Lee Miller, a 42-year-old convicted child molester, is accused of molesting an 8-year-old boy in a public restroom.  While the boy was shopping with his parents at Tops store in Stow around 5 pm Sunday when he went to use the restroom.  The little boy closed the door and while in there, the adult opened the door, touched his private parts and asked lewd questions, Lt. Rhonda Blevins has counted more than 2,000 signatures on petitions backing a law she thinks could have saved her youngest child, 7-year-old Kristi.  She wants juvenile sex offenders included in an Oklahoma law that alerts the public to adult sex offenders in their midst.  On August 19, she and her husband discovered that Kristi and a 12-year-old friend, who had been playing outside, were missing from their home.  The two were found by searchers in an abandoned home.  The 12 year old had been raped and Kristi had been strangled.

Tony Sanchez, a 40-year-old registered sex offender, was assigned to work in the playground where he was charged with kidnapping a Manhattan couple’s 4 year old.  The couple filed a $75 million suit against the city yesterday.  Sanchez is accused of snatching the couple’s son, Stephen Johnson, from the Chelsea Park playground on October 23.  He took the boy to his Bronx apartment overnight and then abandoned him in a subway station.  He was later charged with kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a minor.  He had been charged with

Donald Richard Neff, a 33-year-old former local Boy Scout leader and 12-year-old Ricky Heatherlyare the subject of a national manhunt by Akron police and the FBI. Neff is a convicted childmolester who is reputed to be a nonviolent person. Police say Neff was packed Wednesday for acamping trip and a prearranged meeting with Ricky, who fled his school and ran to a truck whereNeff was waiting.
