CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A Hamilton County Deputy has been indicted on charges of rape, sexual battery, and stalking.
Deputy Daniel Wilkey was one of the deputies shown in a dashcam video of a traffic stop in July. The man in the video says he was handcuffed, beaten and stripped. The Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office launched an excessive force investigation. A civil suit was filed.
Deputy Wilkey was at the center of other lawsuits, including being accused of baptizing a woman in Soddy Lake when a drug search

Church of Scientology leader David Miscavige has finally been served in the scathing child trafficking and kidnapping lawsuit filed by ex-member Valerie Haney, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
In court papers obtained from Los Angeles Superior Court, Miscavige, 59, was served on October 10, 2019 at Church of Scientology International in Los Angeles, California.
According to the process server, the documents were left with a “John Doe,” who is listed as a “Front Desk Agent.”
The documents were also mailed to the Defendants.

Tokyo police have arrested a man suspected of tracking down a female pop star, whom he later allegedly assaulted, by scrutinising reflections in her eyes from social media posts.

Hibiki Sato, a 26-year-old unemployed man from Saitama, north of Tokyo, has been arrested on charges of causing injury by forcible indecency after allegedly attacking Ena Matsuoka, 21, a singer with the group Tenshi Tsukinukeni Yomi, on September 1.

Police suspect Sato was able to narrow down the area in Tokyo where Ms Matsuoka lived by going through her social media

So-called camouflage rapist Troy Johnson has been handed a 28-year prison sentence for abducting then sexually assaulting a 12-year-old schoolgirl on the NSW Central Coast.

NSW District Court Judge David Wilson said the mechanic and father-of-three had engaged in “truly evil conduct”.

Wilson, who lifted the suppression order on naming Johnson, said the girl “was truly a victim of the detestable conduct of the perverted offender”.

Johnson was jailed for 28 years with a minimum of 21 years.

Police have charged an Islip Terrace man accused of stripping naked and chasing a 17-year-oldgirl on a path in Southards Pond Park with stalking.

It’s disgusting, says Babylon resident Brian Flynn. I couldn’t even know what to say moreabout that, except that it would taint a little girl’s mind forever.

Police say the teen girl was jogging on the path on Monday when Juan Fuentes, 27, ran past herfrom the opposite direction. They say he turned around and continued to jog behind her.

Edwin A. Bonilla, a 30 year old homeless man, was arrested Tuesday by Freeport police afterseveral incidents in which authorities said he followed and approached girls near schools.  Hewas charged with four counts of fourth-degree stalking, three counts of endangering the welfare ofa child, and false personation.
