Dr. Charles Bruce Fraelich, a 58 year old Child Psychologist of Ann Arbor, Michigan, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Beverly B. Martin on charges of traveling interstate to have sex with an eleven year old and using the Internet to attempt to coerce and entice a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity. Fraelich was sentenced to 11 years, 3 months in prison, to be followed by 10 years of supervised release, ordered to pay a fine of $2,000 and ordered to undergo sexual offender counseling and treatment. he pleaded guilty to the charges on July 20, 2006.
