Michael Caraballo, a 20 year old blind man, was ordered by a judge yesterday to be held in jail until he can post $15,000 bail for the alleged statutory rape of a 13 year old New Jersey girl.  He admitted bringing the girl to the Bronx, but in a statement to cops left out the fact that he had sexual intercourse with the girl, who is 13 years old.  He allegedly met the girl on a telephone chat line and invited her to the Bronx.  Cops said the two had consensual sex, but because of her age, he was charged with statutory rape and endangering the welfare of a child.  Caraballo vehemently denies any sexual contact, according to his lawyer.
