Douglas Perlitz, a 39 year old Colorado man charged with sexually abusing boys at a schoolhe founded for street children in Haiti, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to new charges that raisethe number of alleged victims to 18. to parents Thursday reminding them to have their children be wary of
strangers following an incident in Mount Sinai two days earlier in
