news12 5/19/15 Police say a teenage boy exposed himself to a 16 year old girl Monday evening as she walkedon North Richmond Avenue.  The girl then ran home and called the police.  Earlier thismonth, News 12 reported five separate incidents where a man allegedly used candy in an attempt tolure several young girls into his van in Lakeview and Valley Stream.  Police describe the teensuspect as white with a thin build.  Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked tocall Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. Newsday/Bridget Murphy 6/16/15 Daniel Miller, a 48 year old Inwood man, pleaded guilty to charges that included hiring ahit man to kill a 17 year old teen he sexually abused in 2012 and was sentenced to a 9-year prisonsentence Tuesday.  Miller drugged and sexually abused the boy that worked in his religiousbook store.  While in jail, he admitted to trying to hire someone to kill the boy to keep himfrom testifying against him.  He pleaded guilty to a total of 41 charges, includingkidnapping, sexual abuse and conspiracy to commit murder.

Lionel Harvey, a Uniondale High School history teacher, is accused of raping a minor. He was arrested Thursday and arraigned Friday morning on rape charges.  The alleged incidentoccurred on April 16 but it is not clear if the alleged victim is a student at the school. Harvey’s bail was set at $150,000 bond or $75,000 cash.

The New York Times 6/21/2003 Claude Solomon, a 26 year old man from Baldwin, was arrested on Thursday and accused ofkidnapping a 19 year old woman in Queens, then raping her in his car and videotaping theattack.  Solomon told the woman he was a police officer and showed her his dead father’s NewYork City transit police badge.  He is charged with second degree kidnapping, sodomy, rape andcriminal impersonation.  Solomon picked up the woman near Queens Plaza around 3:30 a.m.Thursday.  She agreed to go with him, but once in the car,
