A Hodgenville man was arrested and charged Saturday with first-degree sexual abuse of a victim younger than 12 years old.
Kentucky State Police Post 4 executed a complaint warrant against John Andrews Jr., 33, around 11 p.m.
According to the warrant, on Sept. 19, the victim, six years old, was with family at a neighbor’s house on Shamrock Street in Radcliff for a birthday party. After the birthday party ended, her family stayed at the residence.

A US judge has turned down a $28.5m (£21.4m) bail package by British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell who is awaiting trial on sex crime charges.
The New York ruling said the suspect, 59, poses a flight risk and the offer did not assure her appearance at future hearings.
She is accused of helping the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein groom young girls, which she denies.

(KUTV) — A former obstetrician-gynecologist was sentenced in 2019 to more than 21 years in prison after pleading guilty to producing child pornography.
