A Greene County man was sentenced Friday to 12 years in prison after he was caught in the act of sexually abusing a teenage girl.
Emmett Duty, 40, was sentenced as part of a plea agreement he signed with prosecutors in exchange for admitting he was guilty of two counts of child molestation.

BELEN, N.M. (KRQE) – A Belen foster parent is accused of raping a boy in his car over a three year period. The now 16-year-old came forward two weeks ago saying 37-year-old Edward Gonzales victimized him since 2017 when he was 13-years-old. According to court documents, the boy lived with Gonzales in a Belen home on Highway 147 until 2020. The boy disclosed the alleged abuse recently because he was moved from the home and adopted by a different family.

(CNN)Former Louisville Metro Police Department Detective Brett Hankison, who was involved in the fatal shooting of Breonna Taylor, is being accused of sexual assault, according to a new lawsuit.
The lawsuit, filed on Tuesday, calls Hankison a “sexual predator” who “used his police uniform and secondary nightclub employment as mechanisms to prey on innocent women who are two decades younger than him.”
Hankison is being accused of assault and battery, according to the lawsuit.

A former gym teacher in Pennsylvania pleaded guilty to repeatedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student over a seven-month span, according to reports.
Rochelle Cressman, 33, who previously taught at Titusville Middle School, appeared Tuesday in Crawford County Court on three counts of statutory sexual assault involving the teen who was one of her students, the Meadville Tribune reported.
State police said Cressman, of Titusville, initiated the “sexual relationship” with the boy from September 2018 through April 2019, the Times Observer previously reported.

LATROBE, Pa. (KDKA) — A family counselor in Latrobe is facing sex trafficking and child sexual abuse charges after a two-year investigation.

Police say Gregory Miscik targeted some of his own clients.

At 1001 Ligonier Avenue in Latrobe, the office of family counselor Dr. Miscik, is where Latrobe police say the 59-year-old man sexually abused young clients.
