Court Filing Delay Kept Tecumseh School Bus Driver Accused Of Sex Crimes On The Job

TECUMSEH, Oklahoma – A Tecumseh man charged with sex crimes involving a minor kept working as a local school bus driver during a 17-month delay in a court filing.

“I am not guilty,” Timothy Cansler, 60, told News 9 Monday night. Pottawatomie County District Attorney Allan Grubb’s office charged Cansler with two counts of child sexual abuse on Aug. 13, 2020.

The charges stem from an alleged 2016 incident and do not involve Cansler’s job as a bus driver for Tecumseh Public Schools.

Man, who sexually assaulted FSU student after following her to dorm sentenced to 20 years

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A man convicted of sexually assaulting a Florida State University student after following her into her dorm has been sentenced to 20 years in prison, according to a press release from the State Attorney’s Office for the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Defendant Andrew Schluck was found guilty in his second trial in this case on Feb. 9. Schluck was originally found guilty at his first trial in 2017, but a new trial was ordered by a panel of the 1st District Court of Appeal

2 men wanted for sexually assaulting woman at Mastic Beach home

Police are searching for two men who sexually assaulted a woman at her Mastic Beach home.

In surveillance video, the suspects can be seen entering the woman’s home around 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Police say one of the men physically and sexually assaulted the victim, before both men ran off with cash and some of the woman’s belongings.

Man rides up on scooter, knocks woman down, sexually abuses her in Brooklyn

Police are searching for the man who rode up on a scooter and sexually abused a woman on a Brooklyn street.

It happened on March 31 at 2:10 a.m. on Church Avenue in East Flatbush.

Video shows the man riding up on a scooter next to the 59-year-old victim and slapping her in the face, knocking her to the ground.

Moments after knocking her into the street, the man rides back, and that’s when police say he ripped off her pants and sexually abused her.

Man convicted of sexually assaulting girlfriend’s teen son

CHILTON (WLUK) — A De Pere man was convicted Tuesday of sexually assaulting his then-girlfriend’s teenage son more than 20 years ago.

Gregory Sawyer, 52, pleaded no contest to one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Sentencing is scheduled for July 18, court records show.
