A boy kidnapped when he was 2 weeks old was found six years later living with his mother’salleged attacker. Latasha Brown, 22, was charged with homicide and kidnapping after she was takenoff a Greyhound bus in Suisun City on Friday. Le-Zhan Williams has been attending a Vallejo schooland living in Vallejo under a false name.
Her mother, Delores Ann Brown, 44, was later charged with concealing a child.

Kenneth Porschen, a 50 year old New Jersey man, was arrested yesterday and charged with fondling a 10 year old girl at the Cliffside Park school where he teaches. He faces one count of sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Bail was set at $50,000.

Scott Hayward, a cheerleading coach, was convicted of taking two teenage girls, ages 14 and 15,to London for sex and was sentenced yesterday to 15 years in prison. Hayward drank with the girlsand sexually assaulted them. He was found guilty in July of transporting the girls out of state forthe purposes of having sex. He falsely told the girls they would be competing in an internationalcheerleading competition.

David Fuller, 47 year old California man who apparently abducted and killed 13 year oldKacie Rene Woody of Faulkner County, before killing himself this week, had kidnapped other childrenas well. Authorities believe Kacie met Fuller in an Internet chat room and that the manlikely deceived the girl into believing he was much younger. She was abducted Tuesday night,when her older brother called police after finding the girl gone. President Bush signed into law legislation to create a new dot-kids domain on the Internet yesterday. He said, Every site designated dot-kids will be a safe zone for children. We must give our nation’s children every opportunity to grow in knowledge without undermining their character…We must give parents the peace of mind knowing their children are learning in safety. Lawmakers acted after the death of 13 year old Christina Long from Danbury, Connecticut, whom police say was strangled by a man she met in an Internet chat room.

Kenneth Holleman, 44, was found about 4:45 a.m. on Sunday inside a car with a 15 year old boy. Both were fully clothed and denied impropriety. With an absence of evidence, police returned the boy to his parents who did not know he had left their Lindenhurst home. Holleman was allowed to go. Two day later detectives confronted him about the incident a second time. This time at his home at 131 Primrose Avenue in Massapequa Park and arrested him on charges of third degree sodomy and endangering the welfare
