2 ARRESTED IN ONLINE STING

James Watson, 50, of 16 Grandview St in Huntington and Robert Winkler, 33, of 17H Flintlock Rd in Ledyard, Connecticut, have been arrested on charges of engaging in sexually explicit online talk to an investigator posing as a teenager.  Watson was arrested Tuesday morning when he arrived at an undisclosed location to meet the girl.  Winkler was arrested when he appeared in court Monday morning on separate charges of having similar online contact with a Manhattan investigator who he believed to be a teenager.  Both men were charged with attempted

GUNPOINT SEX ATTACK ON QUEENS GIRL

PRIEST-SEX SUIT MAKES DAD PARIAH

As The Post reported last week, a lawsuit charges that priests, Ruben Rodriguez, Esteban Rodriguez, James Tamburrino and John Albino, offered a teenage boy money for sexual favors between 1996 and 1999.  The boy’s father says he and his family were treated like outcasts by Catholic Church leaders and fellow parishioners after he claimed that the four priests had molested his son, who is now 22.  He told the Post that he tried for months to get church officials to do something about the situation before filing the lawsuit last

DAD’S LEGAL APPEALS DELAY CHILD’S HEALING

D, 16, filed charges against her father when she was 12, and on March 18 last year he was convicted by a jury of second degree rape, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.  The rape was part of a pattern of abuse she said that started at age 8.  Fifteen months have passed since her father was convicted and on July 31, Suffolk County Court Judge John Mullin gave her father the maximum prison term of 2 1/3 to 7 years.  But, her father has yet to

FIREMAN NABBED IN KID MOLEST

Douglas Chizmadia, a 60-year-old off-duty firefighter, was arrested for sexually abusing a 12-year-old boy inside and upper Manhattan doughnut shop.  The arrest came after a witness called copy, claiming he had seen the firefighter put his hand down the boy’s shirt and pants.  Chizmadia is charged with sexual abuse.  He was a family friend of the boy.
