Danette Sermon, 24, was sentenced to prison yesterday for taking a 13 year old boy across state lines and having sex with him. She was sentenced to five years in prison each for second degree rape and custodial interference. The prison terms will be served concurrently as recommended by the prosecution.

Anthony Richardson, a 38 year old Bronx dentist, was acquitted of charges that he raped ateenage employee in his Grand Concourse office.
