SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield man accused in a 2018 manslaughter case now faces criminal charges for sex crimes while out on bond.
A prosecutor filed charges against Austin Larue, 25, on Wednesday. According to court records, Larue is charged with first-degree rape, assault and sexual abuse in connection to incident from March, 15 2020.
Authorities issued a warrant for Larue’s arrest Wednesday after probable cause was found in the investigation, per court records. Larue was booked into the Greene County Jail on Wednesday in relation to the case.

BENNINGTON, Vt. (WECT) – Police in Bennington, Vermont arrested 67-year-old Peter Drutchal Sunday night on warrants out of Wilmington, NC. Wilmington Police took out the warrants against Drutchal after two victims came forward alleging Drutchal had molested them in the 1970s and 1980s when he lived in the Wilmington area.

NORFOLK, Va. – A Virginia Beach man pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of child pornography, according to the Department of Justice.
Zachary Clouse, 27, was originally identified by law enforcement in November 2016 when Canadian authorities found Clouse posting images of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct to an Internet bulletin board. Clouse, aka Boylover9, asked for violent videos of children being sexually abused from other members of the forum, as well as posting his own.

LONDON (Reuters) – Britain’s markets watchdog on Thursday banned three former financial advisers from the industry after their convictions for sex crimes, the first time the regulator has used its powers to crack down on such misconduct.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) said Russell Jameson, Frank Cochran and Mark Horsey had failed to meet “fit and proper” standards because they had committed serious offences while working in the financial services industry.

A paedophile who pretended to be a single mum online to encourage parents to abuse their children, has been jailed for five and a half years.
Samraj Kundi set up an online group called “Open Minded Parents”, where he posed as a single mother who abused her own children, Bradford Crown Court heard.
He then encouraged like-minded paedophiles to do the same. The website has since been shut down.
Prosecutor Nick Adlington said an undercover police officer chatted to “Mistress Sarah” on the website.

A deputy headteacher who live-streamed child sex abuse videos while high on cocaine and crystal meth, has been jailed for more than two years.
Paul Newbury regularly used the Zoom videoconferencing platform to view, discuss and share the most serious images of young children being sexually abused with other paedophiles – telling one man he was interested in “all ages”.
Undercover officers infiltrated the chat rooms in October 2017 and filmed the 50-year-old sitting naked on his sofa, smoking drugs as he watched a live video of a girl
