TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Shawnee County DA Mike Kagay has filed charges against a man in the sexual abuse of a 3-year-old boy.
Shawnee County District Attorney Mike Kagay says he has filed criminal charges against Joshua Steven McNutt in relation to the sexual abuse of a 3-year-old male child.
According to Kagay, on Dec. 20, 2020, the child was brought to a local hospital to be treated for injuries. He said the child was then transported via ambulance to Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City for further treatment.

A law firm specializing in representing abuse victims has filed five additional lawsuits against the Archdiocese of Newark alleging priests sexuallly molested children going back decades.
Three of the priests have been credibly accused of abuse in the past, their names and allegations made public by Catholic dioceses in New Jersey. All five are deceased.
The suits were filed by Jeff Anderson & Associates, along with New Jersey attorney Greg Gianforcaro. They have filed numerous similar lawsuits in the Garden State since late 2019, when a new state law

When Winnipeg fashion mogul Peter Nygard was arrested Monday, among the charges against him were sex trafficking and related crimes.
The U.S. Department of Justice alleges Nygard and unnamed co-conspirators used company money to traffic women and girls from the U.S. and Canada for at least 25 years. The disgraced designer is currently facing extradition to the U.S. to face charges there.

Two men seen high-fiving each other after sexually assaulting a woman in a London nightclub have been convicted of rape.
Ferdinando Orlando, 25, and Lorenzo Costanzo, 26, led the victim into a maintenance room minutes after meeting her at the Soho venue and took turns to sexually assault her, leaving her with “severe” injuries.
CCTV footage then showed the men, both Italian nationals, running up stairs out of the club and watching videos they filmed of the attack on a mobile phone.
