Jeffrey Lackman, a 49 year old Pennsylvania man, was arrested December 1 in Levittown after arranging to meet who he thought was a 14 year old boy there for sex.  Lackman, of 206 Kleyona Avenue, Phoenixville, thought he was communicating with a 14 year old boy when he was actually talking to Det. Douglas Grabow, a 37 year old married Long Island man with the computer screen name of Long Island Naked Guy, was arrested for sending nude pictures of himself to someone he thought was a 13 year old girl.  Grabow, a computer programmer from Babylon, also masturbated live via Web cam several times and arranged to meet the girl who was really a male detective.  He was arraigned and is being held on $10,000 bail.

Joseph Flynn, a 24 year old Staten Island man, was arrested early yesterday after a routine traffic stop on the Verrazano Bridge revealed he was wanted in the rape of a 14 year old girl at an upstate camp in Ulster County.  After being pulled over for driving without an inspection sticker and not wearing a seatbelt, a computer check showed he had six suspensions on his state learner’s permit, which prompted his immediate arrest.  While in custody, MTA police discovered that there was an outstanding arrest warrant for him

Frank Mudry, a 39 year old police commissioner of Little Ferry, New Jersey, was arrested yesterday for allegedly e-mailing nude photos to two undercover detectives he believed to be 14 year old girls.  Charges include luring and enticing a minor and attempted sexual assault.  He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
