Jason Brown, a 29 year old counselor at a Westchester home for troubled kids and Elliot Perryman, a 16 year old resident, were arrested for allegedly sodomizing a younger boy with a broomstick.  Brown allegedly held down the 14 year old boy while Perryman attacked the victim with a wooden stick for five to 10 minutes.  The attack occurred Thursday night in the shower room of a cottage at the Children’s Village in Dobbs Ferry, where Brown worked and the teens lived.  The pair are being held in jail on

A 14 year old boy sexually assaulted another student, a 14 year old girl, at Tottenville High School.  The boy, whose name was not released, attacked the girl in a stairwell of the school on Luten Avenue and Deisius Street around 9 am October 8.  The girl told her mother, who notified authorities.  The boy was charged with sodomy.

Police yesterday released a sketch of a young man they’re seeking on charges of fondling two boys in separate incidents in Harlem and The Bronx.  The assailant groped an 11 year old boy after accosting him in an apartment building on Frederick Douglass Boulevard around 5 pm on June 25 then fled.  On August 30 around 4:30 pm he sexually abused an 8 year old boy in a Morris Heights apartment building on Carroll Place before fleeing.  The man is described as skinny, 6 feet tall, black and between 18

Nathan Pettiford, 34, has been arrested for groping a girl in two separate incidents at an undisclosed location in Staten Island.  Between May 1 and June 30, he allegedly put his hands on the child’s waist and asked her if she was wearing panties and then fondled her.  He also allegedly warned her not to tell her grandfather.  Pettiford was charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.

Malcolm Bowman, a 19 year old man, has been charged with raping and sodomizing a 13 year old girl in his Grymes Hill apartment.  He allegedly had sex with her in his Steuben Street home on June 19.  The next morning, he allegedly had sex with her again.

Police are investigating an alleged Harlem school-related incident.  The alleged incident involved two fifth-grade boys and a girl classmate in the basement of PS 125 on West 123rd Street during which the three students allegedly fondled each other.
