HAMTRAMCK (WWJ) – A 37-year-old Hamtramck man is facing charges for the alleged sexual assault of a mentally disabled teenager.

According to Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy, Ibrahim Aljahim is employed as a student liaison Oakland International Academy, at Florian and Lathem in Hamtramck, where the 18-year-old male victim goes to school.

The inappropriate sexual contact occurred on Sept. 18, “on school property during school hours,” prosecutors said, while Aljahim was in a position of authority over the victim.

According to a report in HuffPost published Saturday, Cohen allegedly sexually assaulted an unnamed victim — given the name Jane in the article to protect her anonymity — while she was unconscious. Former Atlanta Falcons player Justin Kenyuno Crawford will face at least 12 years behind bars after he pleaded guilty to child molestation and sodomy charges as part of a plea deal, according to a new report.

Crawford, a 23-year-old father of three, agreed to a deal Tuesday in which prosecutors dropped three felony charges — including aggravated child molestation — that would have landed him 25 years to life in prison, the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reported.

A man from El Salvador — who allegedly fled Texas when three children reported that he sexually abused them at his Wichita Falls home — successfully sought a reduced bail Friday in 78th District Court.

Juan Jose Medrano, 61, of Wichita Falls was still being held Sunday in Wichita County Jail on $125,000 in bonds — lowered from $350,000, according to jail and court records.

NEW CASTLE, Delaware (WPVI) — A member of the Colonial School District Board of Education has been arrested by New Castle County police on sex charges involving at least three juveniles, according to authorities.
