WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A 61-year-old Wichita man will spend the rest of his life in prison, a Sedgwick County District Court judge ruled on Tuesday (Jan. 12). Sedgwick County District Court Judge Jeffrey Syrios ordered Nathan C. Brazille to serve nine consecutive life sentences in connection with the crimes involving three underage victims.

BLUEFIELD, W.Va. – United States Attorney Mike Stuart announced today that Randall Lee Peggs, also known as “Randy Peggs,” 57, of Wheeling, was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for conspiracy to produce child pornography. Upon completion of his prison sentence, the defendant will serve a 20 year term of supervised release. A Lachine man awaiting his sentence in a case where he was convicted of child luring was returned behind bars last week following his arrest on charges alleging he accessed child porn last week and last year while he was out on bail.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Dr. Michael Mizrachy, a Broward County pediatrician, bonded out of the county’s main jail on Wednesday evening facing charges related to child pornography, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
Mizrachy appeared in front of Broward County Judge Corey Amanda Cawthon, who ordered him to stay away from minors, except for supervised visitations with his two children.
“I have nothing to say at this time,” Mizrachy said as he left the jail.

The homeless Manhattan man charged in last week’s strangulation rape of a 27-year-old woman had grabbed the throat of the mother of his child months earlier, according to police and court records.
Elijah Kelly, 23 — who was busted Saturday in the New Year’s Eve rape in Kips Bay — also “jumped” his own father in June, the documents claim.

A Rogers, Arkansas mom and home school teacher has admitted to sex abuse of a teen girl.
According to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, home school teacher Alisa Andrews, 52, pleaded guilty on Monday at court in Bentonville to sex assault charges.
Andrews admitted she was in a sexual relationship with the teen girl, who was a student of hers.
The victim said Andrews was her biology teacher the semester before their relationship began, but wasn’t her teacher when it started, according to a police affidavit.
