A 34-year-old man accused of sexually abusing a child over an almost two-year period was arrested last week. The victim, whose name has been withheld, gave a statement to detectives on Feb. 3.

Juan P. Sumba-Clavijo of East Hampton was charged the next day with “course of sexual conduct” in the second degree, a felony, used when the defendant is older than 17 and the child is under 13, and child endangerment, a misdemeanor.

A Sonora man identified as a firefighter was arrested on Tuesday at the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office investigations office on Cedar Road in Sonora on suspicion of underage sex crimes.

A Northstate man has been sentenced to 22 years in prison for lewd or lascivious acts against two minors and possession of child pornography.
According to the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office, Adam York manufactured child pornography and possessed more than 600 images of child pornography; along with his sex crimes against the two minors.

A Wichita man has pleaded guilty to a child sex crime after other charges were dismissed following an undercover police investigation into illegal pornography.
Richard Charles Wolfsbauer Jr., 33, entered the plea on Monday in Sedgwick County District Court, records show.

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WPTA21) – A Huntington woman and her boyfriend are facing a slew of child sex crimes involving three children.
Alissa Thomas, 40, is now facing promotion of child sexual trafficking, two counts of child molesting, child exploitation, possession of child pornography and performing sexual conduct in the presence of a minor charges.
