Tereso De Jesus Ruiz-Hernandez, a 25 year old Bayville man, was arrested for raping a 13year old girl after meeting her on Facebook and plying her with alcohol.  He is charged withstatutory second degree rape because the alleged victim was 15 or younger, and two counts of seconddegree criminal sexual act.  In the first Internet chat, Ruiz-Hernandez lied about his age,leading the victim to believe he was younger.  The two met several times in his car in GlenCove.  The rapes took place in the vehicle.
