Jose Cruz, a 44 year old gym teacher accused of sexually assaulting nine underage girls, was indicted Friday on charges that he improperly fondled the girls on various occasions between January and March.  The alleged incidents took place at St. Leo’s School in Elmwood Park and St. Anne’s School in Fair Lawn, and involved girls ages 8 to 12.  He was charged with 11 counts of sexual assault and nine counts of child endangerment.

Francisco Diaz, a 57 year old former Brooklyn elementary school janitor, was arrested on 18 misdemeanor counts of sex-abuse and one misdemeanor count of child-endangerment charges on August 2 after authorities uncovered a sickening trail of alleged incest and deceit involving at least two pre-teen relatives.  City investigators claim he repeatedly assaulted the girls for years inside PS 219 in Brownsville, where he tended to the heating system, and at home.  One of the girls told detectives that Diaz sexually abused her 30 times over six years, convincing her that

According to police reports and a lawsuit recently filed in Bronx Supreme Court, a Bronx boy who resides at the Lake Grove School for emotionally disturbed children was raped by a 17 year old classmate.  The boy, who was 12 at the time, was sodomized and beaten in one of the school’s bathrooms on the night of January 31, 2003.  The 17 year old was arrested on charges of sexual misconduct on the day of the incident and was tried as a juvenile.

Five member of the boys varsity hockey team at the elite Milton Academy in Massachusetts have been expelled for allegedly engaging in locker-room sex acts with a 15 year old female student.  The boys are two juniors and three sophomores.  The five players were kicked out of school Friday morning.  The girl, a sophomore, was sent home on an indefinite leave.  Chief Kevin Mearny said it was too early to tell if the boys, who range from 16 to 18 years old, will be charged with a crime.  Under Massachusetts

Carlos Rivera and Quaddafi Mcfarlane, both 19, have been arrested for beating and molesting a 16 year old female friend in December in the back seat of a car where the victim was sitting.  Mcfarlane allegedly climbed into the back seat and ripped off her shirt, fondled her and forced her to have sex.  When she fought back and bit Mcfarlane in the groin area, the teens allegedly pummeled her, inflicting severe bruising.  Then they kicked the girl out of their car and drove away.  Both face charges of assault
