Florida federal prosecutors have announced the capture of a fugitive Connecticut rapist after he went on the lam 44 years ago and who they say assumed the identity of a 5-year-old who died in 1945.

BLUE ASH, Ohio (WKRC) – Gene Jackson calls himself a crystal healing instructor but a grand jury indictment alleges he raped customers at the business he runs out of his home.

“The guy’s just a pig,” said Hamilton Co. Prosecutor Joe Deters Monday.

Fernando Rivas, a 59 year old former Porter-Gaud School instructor and local composer, hasbeen charged with producing, distributing and possessing child pornography.  Police discoveredphotographs of a 4 year old girl naked and restrained in handcuffs and other bondage-typedevises.  He pleaded not guilty to the charges, which also included production anddistribution of child pornography and is currently under house arrest.
