CONCORD, NH — A New Hampshire sex offender is facing child sex abuse image possession and distribution charges after a nearly year-long investigation by Concord police detectives.

Eric D. Gadbois Jr., 29, of South Main Street in Concord was arrested on June 23 on a single count of distribution of child sexual abuse images, three counts of child sex abuse images; buy, etc. (possession), and two counts of sex offender registry; knowing failure to comply (registration of online identifiers), all felonies.

BELLEVILLE MAN CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE SEX CRIMES, HARBORING 16-YEAR-OLD RUNAWAY

A 51-year-old Belleville man was charged Sunday with sex crimes and harboring a teenage runaway, who had been reported missing from her Georgia home in February.

The suspect, 51-year-old Larry Hale, was charged by the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s office with one count of child pornography/moving depiction, two counts of aggravated sexual abuse and a misdemeanor count of harboring a runaway.

ABILENE MAN ARRESTED ON CHILD PORN CHARGES, 3 OTHERS FOR METH

ABILENE, Texas — The Abilene Police Department’s Cyber Crimes Unit arrested two men and two women for various drug and child pornography charges.

Detectives executed a search warrant Wednesday at a home in the 1500 block of Sycamore Street as part of a child pornography investigation.

Nicholas Kenemore, 22, is charged with distribution of child pornography and possession of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $24,000.

Kenemore is accused of distributing child pornography over the internet. Police said he was in possession of “numerous videos containing child pornography.”

ABILENE, Texas — An Abilene grandfather was arrested for a child sex crime.

Richard Esquivel, 66, is charged with indecency with a child.

According to the pre-indictment warrant, a 9-year-old boy accused Esquivel of sticking his hand down the boy’s basketball shorts.

Esquivel told police he reached over the boy to grab the TV remote. He thinks the boy thought he was trying to something inappropriate.

The first female to publicly say she was sexually abused by a team doctor at the University of Michigan says she hopes to inspire other women and men to come forward.

Cathy Kalahar, who played tennis for the Wolverines in the 1970s, joins hundreds of Michigan graduates who have already alleged that doctor Robert Anderson molested them. Anderson died in 2008.

Kalahar told The Associated Press on Monday that Anderson assaulted her during an exam when she was a freshman in 1973, when the school had its first women’s tennis team.
