Michael Seghposs, a 25 year old homeless man from Whitestone, Queens, was arrested Sundayevening on a charge of illegally taking video of a woman using the restroom at a Manhassetsupermarket. According to police, the 58 year old woman, saw Seghposs taking video of herfrom an adjacent stall in the bathroom after he allegedly held his phone under the partition.

Jeffrey Lichtenberger, a 37 year old Westbury man, was arrested Wednesday after he allegedlypulled down his pants and exposed himself to an 18 year old female. Lichtenberger, of 975Mirabelle Avenue exited his vehicle, walked next to her yard and pulled his pants down, exposinghimself to her. After walking away, the victim turned back toward him and he again pulled hispants down, exposing himself for a second time. Lichtenberger is charged with publiclewdness.

Harold Glen Rodman, a 52 year old Transportation Security Administration employee, isaccused of sexually assaulting a woman in Manassas. He allegedly was wearing his uniform anddisplayed a badge to the 37 year old female victim. He is charged with aggravated sexualbattery, object sexual penetration, forcible sodomy and abduction with intent to defile.

Ryan Jon Loofboro, a Houston area youth softball assistant coach, was arrested on counts ofaggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child in connection with two separate incidents witha 13 year old softball player in March and April.
