A Sacramento man working as a nurse at a rehab facility was arrested last week by Folsom police for alleged sex crimes involving a patient in January, authorities say.
Gregory Harms, 61, was arrested Friday and is “accused of sexual conduct with a patient,” the Folsom Police Department said in a news release. One of the charges faced by Harms alleges that the victim was under anesthesia or otherwise intoxicated.

A father and daughter have been accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a Las Vegas woman, before binding her with duct tape and leaving her to die in the desert.
Stanley Alfred Lawton, 54, and Shaniya Poche Lawton, 22, are being held on bail of $4.5 million and $3.5 million, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Stanley Lawton is scheduled to be arraigned Friday and Shaniya will appear in court on Nov. 12, according to KNBC.

FARGO, N.D. (KVLY) The Fargo man accused of forcing himself on two young girls and making them drink his bodily fluids will likely spend the rest of his life in jail.

A former Florida middle school assistant principal who molested at least one teenager — without revealing he was HIV-positive — has been sentenced to 35 years in federal prison.
Kyle Dale Ritsema, 36, was charged with producing, distributing and possessing child pornography for enticing a 14-year-old boy into unprotected sex five times, and is believed to have targeted other teens “and on several occasions sexually abused them,” federal prosecutors in Florida said.

A nursery in Devon has closed as part of a major police investigation into the alleged sexual assault of children as young as two at the centre.

PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – A Marine based at Camp Lejeune is accused of multiple crimes involving a minor in Pender County.
