Street, Apartment B, Pembroke, was arraigned Monday, June 7, for
allegedly molesting and taking inappropriate photos of a 4 year old boy
at a home and in a Burger King bathroom. He was arrested and charged
with felonious sexual assault and ordered held on $50,000 cash bail.

Peter Foster, a 59 year old Level 2 sex offender Southold police had been searching for since March 2007, was arrested in May 2007 after a tip. Foster was charged with two felony counts of failure to register with the New York State Sex Offenders Registry. He was arraigned and ordered held on $1,500 bail. Saily Mohamed Nguyen, a convicted rapist, has been captured after absconding parole supervisionand being featured on Fugitive Watch. Nguyen was recognized by an alert student at George LeyvaElementary School in east San Jose who then reported it to a school teacher. John Evander Couey, a 49 year old registered sex offender, has admitted kidnapping 9 year old Jessica Marie Lunsford from her bedroom February 23, 2005, and killing her. He confessed to investigators after taking a lie-detector test. Jessica’s body was found March 19 during an overnight search in a densely wooded area, only about 150 yards from her home.
