Dubner Saintilus, a 37 year old Hempstead High School math teacher, was arrested for fondling a 16 year old female student while on school premises. Saintilus, of 40 Foxwood Drive, Huntington Station, faces a charge of third degree sexual abuse. He was also suspended from the Suffolk Auxiliary Police.

Sergio Barcia, a 34 year old Jamaica cabdriver, was arraigned on charges of rape and unlawful imprisonment. He picked up a 16 year old girl in his livery cab, pulled over at Liberty Avenue and 142nd Street, climbed into the backseat and proceeded to rape the teen. The girl fled and called a friend who called 911. Cops later caught Barcia, and the victim identified him in a lineup. The suspect is being held on $75,000 bail and faces up to 25 years in jail if convicted.

Senator Charles Schumer said yesterday, two proposals in Congress would make it harder for registered sex offenders to use the Internet for stalking children and trading child pornography. Holt allegedly had sex with the boy 28 times during the last week of March, and on at least one occasion allowed his 12 year old friend to watch. She has been charged with rape, providing alcohol to a minor and unlawfully dealing with a child.
