A judge has ruled for a second time that Christopher Hubbart, the so-called“Pillowcase Rapist,” should be allowed to live in the Palmdale area.  Residentsthere are protesting the ruling.  Hubbart, 61, will be released from a mental hospital wherehe has been held for years.  He was convicted of nearly 40 rapes in the late 1970s and early1980s in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties.
